As part of the project to change the planning solutions, the modernization of engineering networks, engineering equipment is carried out without increasing the total capacity of engineering networks, as well as changing the planning solutions of office premises that do not affect the structural elements of the building.
Modernization of engineering equipment is carried out in order to replace obsolete equipment, improve its functionality, reliability, energy efficiency and performance. All engineering networks are undergoing modernization, including heating, ventilation, air conditioning,
power supply, low-current networks, vertical transport.
Communication with the aboveground part of the building is carried out by stairs, communication of the aboveground floors by 3 elevators.
The entrance lobby is located on the ground floor of the building, through which access is provided to the main areas of the building: administrative offices, the catering area with associated technological facilities.
In the lobby there are bathrooms for visitors, a dressing room, an elevator hall for employees.
Also on the ground floor there is a combined control room, in which there is a fire station, security rooms.
Also on the ground floor from the western part of the building there is a loading area with a landing stage for the needs of a catering company and an entrance to the underground part of the building (Parking).
On the second, third, fourth and fifth floors there are administrative and auxiliary premises, San.nodes.
On the sixth floor there are administrative offices, sanitary units, unused roof and technical rooms.
Stairwells are used for communication between floors and evacuation.
The project provides for high-quality exterior finishing of facades. For wall cladding, a ventilated facade system with clinker brick cladding, painted glass panels, aluminum and fiber cement panels are used.
